Here’s what we are looking for with this role:\nEssential Requirements:\n12-15 yearsof experience managing large, complex technology projects involving program-level hardware infrastructure implementations in customer data centers.\nExtensive experience in managing large-scale hardware and infrastructure deployments/programs.*Candidates with software or migration backgrounds only will not be considered.\n\nDemonstrated previous experience delivering large-scale, high-value IT infrastructure deployments \nAbility to understand and articulate the key components of HPC and GenAI infrastructure deploymentsto \nHands-on experience in the data center, whether in current role or in an appropriately recent timeframe. \nProgram Management\nStrong experience in program management including planning, senior management interfacing, influencing, and negotiating with customers and various project stakeholders.\nExperience managing subcontracted parties such as cabling and liquid cooling suppliersand others.\nLocation & On-site Requirements\nMost projects will be physically deployed and high amount of on-site time in data centers during planning phases\nLanguage:\nJapanese - Native/ Professional level in Speaking, Writing & Reading.
