Work in the development of high-tech systems integration services in areas such as digital transformation and network automation for telecommunications. We are looking for a Backend Developer (Java) for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon or Porto.

O que vais fazer

  • Java backend developments (Spring Boot)
  • Solution designs using AWS and microservices
  • Frontend development activities, if required
  • Delivering using agile practices, in sprints and in accordance with the Product Owner and team’s backlog and sprint stories
  • Deploying using DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

O que é pedido

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and proficiency in the latest editions of Java, including expertise in Spring Boot
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Microservices architecture, and design patterns
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Solid grasp of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to driving Agile practices within the team
  • Comfortable with DevOps practices involving configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, IaC, deployment patterns among others
  • Proficiency in English (B2+) is a must
  • Availability to work onsite 2 days per week, in Lisbon or Oporto
  • Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients
  • Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy
  • Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included
  • Willingness to collaborate with other players
  • Strong communication skills

Valorizado

  • Experience in frontend technologies like React.js or Angular is a strong plus
  • Experience in NodeJs and PostgreSQL database is a plus
