in English, both written and spoken.\nNice to Have:\nProject Management certification;\nExperience working with global clients and distributed teams;\nBackground in IT Operations, Application Support, Infrastructure, or Cloud-based services;\nKnowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage IT Managed Services projects and service engagements from initiation through delivery and transition to steady-state operations;\nAct as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and high levels of customer satisfaction;\nPlan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring delivery aligned with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service expectations;\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including technical teams, operations, vendors, and internal stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks, escalating issues and proposing solutions when required;\nSupport and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, performance, and value delivered to clients;\nSupport service transitions, onboarding of new clients or services, and change management activities within a Managed Services contextPrepare and present regular project status reports, service updates, and performance metrics to
