Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.\nThis project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, that currently has its technological hub in Portugal and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.\nWe are looking for an QAEngineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).\nWhat are we looking for?\n6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably within FinTech, Investment Banking, or Electronic Trading environments.\nSolid understanding of financial markets, particularly Fixed Income or Derivatives, and their trading lifecycles.\nExperience designing, writing, and executing test plans and test cases, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.\nKnowledge of trading protocols, particularly FIX (Financial Information Exchange), and XML.\nExperience testing APIs, market data feeds, and backend services.\nFamiliarity with log analysis tools, Linux environments, and basic shell scripting.\nBasic understanding of algorithms.\nExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).\nKnowledge of test automation using Python or C# is a plus.\nFamiliarity with testing tools and automation frameworks is valued.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.\nFluent English (written and spoken);
