You’ll also be able to experience a multicultural environment with a strong people culture, being on a team that is spread across several European countries, such as Denmark, Italy, Norway and Portugal.\nRequirements:\n3-5 years of professional experience in software testing, Quality Assurance, or a related technical role.\nSolid knowledge of functional testing, BDD and test automation frameworks, including the ability to analyse, document and track defects.\nGood technical knowledge of Linux, Jenkins pipelines, Git, Python and Shell scripting.\nExperience with database management, backend/API testing, and structured reporting of testing progress, risks, coverage and results.\nExperience in banking, brokerage or financial markets, with fluent English and Portuguese. \nResponsibilities:\nDefine and execute test strategies, objectives, scope, acceptance criteria and test cases based on risk and business impact.\nPerform manual and automated testing, functional validation, regression testing and release validation across trading applications.\nReproduce, analyse, document and track defects, collaborating with developers and QA teams to investigate issues and validate fixes.\nContribute to test automation and CI/CD activities, using BDD, automation frameworks, Jenkins, Git, Linux, Python, Shell and databases.\nProvide clear reporting on test progress, risks, coverage and results, while contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.\nWe offer:\nHealth insurance;\nA personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training you find necessary;\nConstant feedback so you can grow professionally;\nRemote onboarding process;\n Team events every semester so you can live new adventures;\nCulture of proximity and transparency.
