This is a role for someone at the start of their journey, but we do expect some prior experience with technology. What matters most is your curiosity, your affinity with numbers and technology, and your drive to learn and grow into these tools.\nYou'll sit at the crossroads of finance, technology and data, working in a team and growing across both the functional (business analysis) and technical (build) sides of the role. You'll help turn financial data into clear insights using the latest technology.\nWe focus strongly on leveraging generative and agentic AI to transform finance. You'll help explore, build and roll out GenAI- and agent-powered solutions that automate finance processes, accelerate analysis, and reshape the way our clients’ finance teams operate.\nYou'll support the team in a wide range of activities, by:\nBeing a team member on various technology initiatives (in AI, data modeling, automation) in finance, covering full end-to-end delivery - from the initial identification of the requirements, to handover and adoption by the users.\nGetting to know the finance processes of clients, their challenges and opportunities, then gathering and translating business requirements into clear, workable solutions.\nActing as the bridge between finance users and technical solutions, carrying out functional analysis of finance processes and helping design (technological) improvements.\nBuilding financial and management reporting and dashboards, helping to automate and modernise finance data processes.\nSupporting budgeting, forecasting and planning (FP&A) activities and contributing to regulatory and statutory reporting and related controls.\nAnalysing and modelling financial data, and helping build GenAI-assisted tools that make our clients’ work easier.\nWorking agile in Deloitte specialist teams, in close collaboration with areas such as Analytics, AI and Data.\nAlong the way, you'll be trained and supported to grow into a modern data & technology toolkit, including Python, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, DAX (Power BI) and Generative AI (GenAI), alongside a range of modern AI-assisted tools that support your day-to-day work.\nLet's talk about you\n\nYou have an affinity with numbers and technology and a curious, analytical and conceptual mindset.\nYou are a strong communicator who can build a bridge between business and technology.\nYou have some prior experience with technological applications, for example a basic familiarity with one or more of Python, R, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, DAX (Power BI), Power Query, Large Language Models and you are eager to deepen your skills and learn more advanced tools.\nYou want to keep up with the most modern technologies and their fast-moving evolution, and you enjoy staying ahead of the curve.\nYou have a creative and conscientious way of working, as well as a pronounced team orientation.\nVery good presentation and communication skills in English are required.
