You will report towards the Procurement Lead.\nAs a Procurement advisor you will also play a key role in optimizing costs, maintaining quality of services and supporting the organization’s goals.\nYou will focus on a wide range of activities allowing you to:\nAct as business partner towards designated stakeholders, understanding operational needs and align with stakeholders on ongoing procurement activities \nManage the contract lifecycle and supplier relationship\nMonitor supplier and contract compliance\nSupport in RFx projects, focus on time process time and budget.\nPerform Market research\nUtilize data analytics to make informed decisions\nLiaise with the internal client to identify their requirements for a sourcing project\nStay informed about the market trends for a range of categories \nSource suppliers, Identify and evaluating potential suppliers to meet the needs of the internal client while considering factors like costs, quality and reliability\nEngage in negotiations with suppliers to ensure and secure pricing, terms and conditions and services for a certain term in coordination with our Legal department \nGuide the category managers in building and maintaining supplier relationships\nMonitor supplier spend while seeking ways to optimize spending and achieve savings\nEnsure sustainability requirements and ethical practices when selecting suppliers and products \nAlign Deloitte BE procurement sustainability strategies with Deloitte Global strategies\nLet's talk about you\nProven first work experience (2-6y) as a Procurement Officer or in a similar relevant role\nAffinity with sustainable sourcing \nGood working knowledge of purchasing and sourcing strategies \nExcellent communication skills \nStrong and critical analytical thinking \nProblem solving\nCritical mindset\nGood skill of Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint\nYou have obtained a Masters degree in any relevant field\nYou can communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is an Asset)\nOur story\nTechnology does not stand still.
