We strongly believe that data and the intelligent use of it hold a lot of potential for making an impact that matters to our clients, our people and society.\nJoin us in making this impact!\nYour journey with us\nAs a lead specialist, you actively share your agentic AI expertise with junior team members (business analysts, consultants) in a coaching and mentoring role.\nYou lead the design and technical validation of agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step business processes across industries.\nWorking within client project teams in a hands-on way, you own end-to-end solution architecture on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake), balancing functional requirements with scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.\nYou develop and deploy containerized agentic applications using modern frameworks (Pydantic AI, LangGraph, etc.), with production-grade monitoring, evaluation, and observability.\nYou integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems - including data warehouses, APIs, and third-party platforms - keeping a strong focus on engineering best practices.\nYou lead process discovery and optimization workshops with senior stakeholders to identify and priorities high-value agentic use cases.\nYou translate business requirements into agentic process designs that deliver measurable ROI, and communicate impact through KPIs, cost savings, and operational improvements.\nYou own senior stakeholder relationships on engagements, navigating competing priorities across business and technology leadership.\nYou proactively broaden and deepen relationships with senior-level clients, identifying additional opportunities for collaboration.\nYou drive Deloitte’s external profile in agentic AI through publications, events, client presentations, and thought leadership contributions.\nLet's talk about you:\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software development, with a proven track record in complex enterprise environments.\nExperience in cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or Snowflake) with hands-on deployment experience, including networking, security, storage, monitoring, and scaling\nStrong programming skills in Python or similar languages, and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as Pydantic AI or LangGraph.\nSolid understanding of GenAI concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, agent design patterns, evaluation, and observability.\nExperience with MLOps practices, vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).\nStrong process mapping and optimization skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technical solutions.\nStrong project management, coaching, and client relationship management skills; you are energized by sharing your knowledge with junior team members.\nComfortable managing senior stakeholders and engaging with business and technology leadership in client-facing settings.\nYou are fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.\nOur story\nTechnology does not stand still.
