For us, “teamwork makes the dream work” is more than just a saying-it is a principle we live by every day.\nYour role:\nSelection Process Management: Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from conducting job intake sessions to managing interviews and presenting offers, including negotiations. \nMulti-Channel Recruitment and Sourcing: Lead the generation of candidate inflow through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, marketing initiatives, employer branding, and referrals. Adapt recruitment strategies to overcome challenges and achieve hiring objectives. \nAdvisory: Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for hiring managers, collaborating closely to understand and fulfil their hiring needs. \nStakeholder Relationship Building: Partner with business stakeholders to define and validate job descriptions and candidate profiles.
