The role will support the ongoing maintenance of these solutions and contribute to their continuous improvement.\n\nWe’re looking for a Support Specialist to help run and improve our client-facing digital platforms. In this role, you’ll be the main contact between internal users, member firms, and our technical team, enabling close collaboration with member firms and clients. You’ll handle daily support tasks, keep our services running smoothly, ensure data accuracy, assist with onboarding, and translate business needs into clear, practical system changes.\n\nYour next challenge\n\nProvide day-to-day application and system support, including incident and request handling.\nInvestigate issues, identify root causes and help implement fixes or improvements.\nSupport small changes from requirements gathering to user testing and go-live.\nPerform basic data checks, maintain accurate records and support reporting using Excel/SQL.\nAssist with client onboarding (access setup, data preparation, basic testing).\nTrain and support users; maintain simple guides and documentation.\nWork closely with business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet user needs.\n\nYour skills\n\nEssential\n\n1–3 years’ experience in application support, business/data analysis or digital operations.\nStrong analytical and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.\nExperience capturing user needs and documenting simple processes or requirements.\nComfortable supporting user testing and tracking issues.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft tools and basic SQL/database concepts.\nAble to explain data and issues clearly to non-technical users.\nProactive, pragmatic and improvement-minded;
