translate client business challenges into consulting solutions\nLead or co-lead major engagements, particularly those involving technology transformation, operating model redesign, digital strategy, or organisational change; manage ambiguity and complexity with incomplete information and competing priorities\nReconnect with dormant client relationships and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts; develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines, industry verticals, or emerging technology domains\nMentor and develop consulting talent within the practice, fostering a culture of client focus and business development;
