AI, Agentic AI & Emerging TechnologiesIdentify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes and user experiences\nEssential Skills and Experience\nAn experienced Senior Technical BA with technical and data analysis capabilities, can operate confidently across both business and technology domains.\nPrevious experience leading analysis activities across complex programmes, products and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that business needs are translated into practical, scalable and value-driven solutions.\nPrevious experience withbusiness processes, platforms, systems, integrations, data andemerging technologies to help stakeholders understand challenges, shape opportunities and deliver meaningful outcomes\n Strong stakeholder management: Able to lead and drive the discussions with business stakeholders (at all levels), influence decision-making, support solution design and contribute to the continuous improvement\nExperience leading discovery activities, requirements elicitation and business analysis workstreams.\nAbility to translate complex information into clear business outcomes and solution requirements.\nExperience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks.\nSQL or equivalent data interrogation and analysis techniques.\nAPIs, integrations and enterprise system interfaces.\nData analysis, data mapping and source-to-target transformation concepts.\nCloud-based and SaaS technology environments.\nDesirable:\nPower BI, Tableau or equivalent analytics platforms.\nMicrosoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Dataverse.\nPower Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.\nExperience supporting AI, Generative AI or Agentic AI initiatives.\nUnderstanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and enterprise search capabilities.\nProcess mining tools or Power Automate Process Mining.\nKnowledge of Intelligent Automation and workflow orchestration platforms.\nLean, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies.\nDesign Thinking, User Experience and Service Design approaches\nDeliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:\n1.
