Our team brings product expertise, transformation delivery capability and strong alliance partnership with technology vendors.\nRole\nAs a Project Manager within Emerging ERP Solutions, you will:\nTake on Project Manager roles in our client deliveries focusing on leading planning and delivery of ERP transformation for medium to large clients with Nordic presence to lead their implementation for new ERP’s including Oracle NetSuite, Infor M3 and potentially other ERP platforms.\nDevelop and secure project timelines, resource needs, and project financials.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams - functional leads, developers, data migration, integration specialists, change and communications - and ensure clear ownership of activities.\nManage stakeholder engagement across client seniority levels and vendor partners, report project status, risks and mitigations to governance forums e.g. Steering Commitees.\nLead risk and issue management and drive timely escalation where required to keep delivery on track.\nWhy you’ll join us\nWork with an experienced, rapidly growing specialist practice focusing on Emerging ERP solutions, primarily NetSuite and Infor M3.\nBe part of the Management team of Emerging ERP Solutions, applying entrepreneurial drive to grow the practice, including business and team development.\nPractice and develop leadership skills by coaching junior colleagues in their career journey.\nOpportunities for professional development, training and vendor certifications.\nAccess Deloitte’s broader consulting, tax and technology networks across the Nordics and the Globe.\n What you’ll bring\nProven experience (5-10 years) in Project Manager, PMO, or Workstream Lead roles on ERP transformation projects - ideally NetSuite, Infor M3 or similar cloud ERP platforms.\nStrong understanding of implementation and operate activities in ERP transformations including processes and tools used for Project Management purposes.\nFamiliarity with delivery approaches (waterfall, hybrid, agile) and ability to adapt methods to client needs.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to set deadlines, delegate, monitor progress and communicate status to multiple stakeholder groups.\nStrong relationship-building, influencing skills and a team-first attitude.\nRelevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. MSc or equivalent; PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM certifications are a plus).\nFluent English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.\nPractical information\nLocation: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö (hybrid working model).\nEmployment: Full-time.\nCandidates should be based in Sweden or hold a valid Swedish work permit.
