Security, Encryption, Performance, and Native–Flutter Interoperability.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.\nDevelop and maintain Android native components using Kotlin.\nBuild robust Flutter-to-Native integrations using:\nPlatform Channels\nMethod Channel\nEvent Channel\nBasic Message Channel\nActive APIs where applicable\nIntegrate native Android SDKs and third-party SDKs into Flutter applications.\nDevelop Flutter plugins/wrappers for native Android capabilities when required.\nAnalyze and troubleshoot issues across the Flutter, Dart, Android, and native SDK layers.\nDesign applications using Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and modular architecture.\nImplement secure coding practices across both Flutter and Android native layers.\nWork on application security areas including:\nEncryption/decryption\nSecure key management\nAndroid Keystore\nSecure storage\nCertificate/public-key pinning\nSecure network communication\nData protection\nRoot/jailbreak and tampering considerations\nIntegrate and maintain security, authentication, payment, analytics, monitoring, and other enterprise SDKs.\nOptimize application performance, memory usage, startup time, network usage, and rendering performance.\nTroubleshoot complex issues involving Flutter ↔ Android ↔ SDK ↔ Backend interactions.\nImplement unit, widget, integration, and native-layer tests.\nParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.\nCollaborate with architects, backend engineers, QA, DevOps, security teams, and product stakeholders.\nContribute to technical design, estimation, documentation, and engineering best practices.\n\nPreferred / Good to Have:\nExperience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, UPI, or other security-sensitive applications.\nExperience migrating or integrating existing native Android applications with Flutter.\nExperience developing Flutter plugins.\nExperience with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.\nExperience with Jetpack libraries.\nExperience with Firebase/App Distribution/Crashlytics or equivalent.\nExperience with performance profiling and memory-leak analysis.\nKnowledge of mobile application threat modelling.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nGood understanding of Android Gradle build system.\nExperience with build variants/flavors and environment configuration.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.\nUnit testing with appropriate Flutter/Dart and Android testing frameworks.\nWidget and integration testing.\nStrong understanding of code quality, static analysis, and code review practices.\n\nWhat We Expect:\n\nThe candidate should be an engineer who can work across both Flutter and Android Native layers, rather than a Flutter-only developer.\n\nThey should be able to independently investigate an issue that starts in Flutter, crosses a platform channel, enters Kotlin code, interacts with a third-party SDK, and identify and resolve the problem end-to-end.\n\nStrong emphasis will be placed on hands-on technical capability, architecture, native
