leveraging Java and modern front-end frameworks.\nCollaborate with product, UX, and engineering peers to deliver features that enhance user-centric advertising.\nTranslate user stories into actionable engineering tasks with ownership from development through deployment.\nMentor and support teammates through code reviews, documentation, and informal guidance (no direct reports).\nImprove system observability by implementing metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions.\nParticipate in on-call rotations as part of our commitment to operational excellence.\nChampion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile workflows.\nUnderstanding and using automated tools (AI) while adhering to company policy\n\nRequired Qualifications / Must Have\n\n4-8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.\nProficiency with Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, ORMs, etc..).\nExperience with ReactJS or modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, Angular), and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.\nStrong background in relational databases (MySQL, Postgres), including schema and query design.\nExperience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.\nStrong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures and algorithms.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in ad tech.\nExperience with programmatic advertising or real-time bidding platforms.\nSpring Boot and related Spring projects.\nCloud platforms such as AWS.\nModern DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nData Streaming Mechanisms such as Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, and/or SNS/SQS.\n\nRequired
