Additionally, this position will confirm each pursuit’s pricing status and required baseline commercial model (Time & Materials or Fixed Fee) before layering in any creative construct enhancements.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct the core research behind each engagement - five-year client financial trend analysis, peer benchmarking, and earnings call transcript review - and synthesize findings into a clear, evidence-backed set of client challenges\nHelp design recommended commercial architectures, combining baseline models with creative constructs tied to identified client challenges, under the direction of a Senior Manager for complex or high-value pursuits\nCoach pursuit teams as they build client-facing commercial strategy presentations, and support pursuit team presentations to client teams for pursuits you lead end-to-end\nSupport the post-presentation feedback coaching loop by capturing client feedback and helping revise the commercial architecture into a refined proposal\nPartner with the deal’s financial modeling team to help reflect the final, agreed-upon commercial structure in the engagement’s financial model\nEscalate complex or high-stakes commercial structuring questions to the Senior Manager Deal Coach as needed\nContribute to the ongoing evolution of the Deal Coaching methodology, tools, and creative construct catalog\nBuild relationships across Global Operate workstreams, alliances, and account teams to ground commercial recommendations in delivery reality\nCollaborate with Global Solution Hub team(s) at various points of the end-to-end pursuit process to receive or provide various elements of support\nConnect to your skills and professional experience\nStrong experience in a professional/consulting services capacity, including some exposure to pricing, commercial deal structuring, or financial analysis\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred\nExperience supporting or designing commercial models (e.g., Time & Materials, Fixed Fee, gain share, outcome-based pricing, or other creative constructs) for managed services, outsourcing, or business process transformation engagements\nSolid financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret multi-year financial trends, support peer benchmarking, and extract insight from earnings call transcripts and investor materials\nExperience presenting analysis or recommendations to client stakeholders, including some exposure to senior/executive audiences\nAdvanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel-based financial modeling; familiarity with GenAI tools used to accelerate research and drafting is a plus\nStrong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate financial and commercial analysis\nConnect to your business - Enabling Functions\nCollaboration is central to everything we do at Deloitte.
