Deloitte TPD practitioners have a highly collaborative and client-facing role, covering the delivery lifecycle and working closely with client delivery teams to ensure services provided meet the needs of the clients. You will apply your delivery and technical skills to produce quality solutions for clients wishing to harness the power of integration solutions to solve complex business problems.\nAs an Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:\nLead projects/workstreams on transformation and migration programmes from inception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with organisational strategic objectives and business value realisation.\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected scope and quality standards.\nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimise impact on project delivery.\nCommunicate project status, progress, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and clients, through regular reports and meetings.\nManage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables, and facilitating effective decision-making.\nOversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet defined standards and business requirements, and managing the change control process.\nConnect to your skills and professional experience\nThe following are the core skills and experience expected to be successful in this role:\nAbility to plan and oversee key phases within a delivery programme: discovery, assessment, planning, execution, testing, and cutover\nProven track record in successfully planning, executing, monitoring, and closing complex, large-scale transformation and migration programmes/projects.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira & Confluence, Azure DevOps) for planning, tracking, and reporting.\nProficiency in migration methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., \"lift and shift,\" re-platforming, re-factoring).\nExperience in organisational change management, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and adoption planning.\nPractical experience in managing various types of migrations (e.g., data, application, infrastructure, cloud migrations, platform consolidations).\nAbility to identify, assess, prioritise, and mitigate risks and issues inherent in complex transformation and migration programmes.\nThe following will be desirable skills:\nA current technology certification or project/programme management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP), Agile (e.g., SAFe, CSM), or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).\nChange experience with any investment management & wealth platforms provider (e.g. FNZ, Diligenta, Seccl, GBST)\nConsultancy experience\nExperience in Agile delivery and Agile techniques\nConnect to your business - Technology and Transformation\nDistinctive thinking, deep expertise, innovation and collaborative working.
