How you’ll contribute to our success
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications with a strong focus on software engineering fundamentals in a financial services context (banking, investment funds, etc.).
- Build and optimize data-intensive solutions, APIs, and processing workflows using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
- Create intuitive and scalable user interfaces with React and related ecosystem tools.
- Apply Agile practices in day-to-day delivery, including sprint planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Promote quality across the development lifecycle through clean code, testing, CI/CD, and transparent communication on scope, progress, and delivery risks.
Your skills
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Fluent English is required. French is considered an asset.
- C#/.NET (Core), SQL/relational databases, and front-end development with React
- Experience with API design/integration, test automation and CI/CD practices, and interest in AI-related tools and use cases are considered assets.
- Collaborative mindset with strong team spirit and knowledge-sharing attitude.
- Clear communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability in a changing environment.
