You will build and maintain relationships at all levels with particular focus on Partners, taking responsibility for owning the strategic relationship with your assigned line of business.\nWithin IT, you will be expected to forge close relationships with key IT stakeholders (Service Management, Service Owners, Change Delivery and IT Leadership). Through these relationships you will be expected to gain an understanding of how IT Services are managed and maintained.\nHow you can make an impact\nBe fully aware and comfortable with assigned line of business strategy.\nEstablish and manage key stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.\nIdentify potential service improvement opportunities and work proactively with the Business and ITS teams to action them.\nDrive business analysis as part of idea and demand management.\nCoach business driven IT projects in terms of governance and delivery gates (waterfall methodology)\nContribute to BRM team ongoing development.\nWork with Service Owners and Service Management to shape our service portfolio and service lifecycle.\nWho we are looking for\nDegree level or qualified by experience, ITIL and project management qualification.\nAbility to gain credibility and trust with stakeholders and IT teams alike.\nMust be comfortable multitasking with ability to work on and prioritize several tasks at once.\nMust be diplomatic and persuasive with an ability to handle difficult conversations and confidently manage senior stakeholders.\nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, and with both technical and non-technical people.\nPassion for technology and experience of working with(in) an IT department. \nExperience of stakeholder relationship building and management at different levels of an organisation.\nStrong understanding of IT service, service levels and service level management processes.\nCareers at Deloitte.
