You will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing projects while maintaining high service quality, effective resource utilization, and strong stakeholder alignment. The role combines project management and service management responsibilities, covering full lifecycle delivery, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement within complex and international environments.We are looking for a profile with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multicultural environments.\nRole and Responsabilities:\nLead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution and acceptance\nDevelop and manage project plans, ensuring control of scope, timelines, cost, quality, and resources\nCoordinate cross-functional and distributed teams to achieve delivery objectives\nApply project management methodologies and ensure alignment with governance frameworks\nManage change and risk processes, ensuring proactive mitigation and informed decision-making\nProduce status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for stakeholders and leadership\nAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment\nOversee vendor and contract performance using KPIs to ensure quality and compliance\nMust have:\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles\nProject management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)\nHands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, MS Project or similar)\nStrong experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and resources across projects\nProven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams\nStrong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership and governance boards\nExperience producing status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications\nStrong organizational, planning, and risk management skills with a delivery-focused mindset\nFluent English (spoken and written, minimum C1-advance level) with excellent communication skills\nNice to have:\nExperience in IT, cybersecurity, or digital transformation projects\nITIL v4 certification or service management experience\nExposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)\nExperience with vendor, supplier, and contract management\nExposure to portfolio or program management\nRisk management certification (e.g. MoR)\nExperience working in complex, regulated, or large-scale environments\nFamiliarity with governance frameworks and service performance management\nExperience supporting service lifecycle and continuous improvement initiatives\nExperience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments\nTools:\nExperience with common project management, reporting, and collaboration tools, such as:\nProject and service management tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar)\nReporting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Excel)\nAgile and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar)\nDocumentation and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams)\nRisk, issue, and change tracking tools\nTicketing and workflow management tools\n\n¿Qué te ofrece el Programa de Movilidad Interna?\nSeguir respondiendo a tus inquietudes personales y profesionales animándote a tener mayor autonomía en tu carrera profesional\nEnriquecer tu experiencia rodeándote de nuevos profesionales y equipos de trabajo\nAmpliar y desarrollar tus competencias y conocimientos en nuevos proyectos\n¿Te unes al reto?\n¡Ahora la decisión es tuya!
