Our work takes a pragmatic approach to assess and deliver operational improvements to cash and EBITDA, and on operational considerations throughout the M&A transaction lifecycle, including pre-deal operational due diligence, performance improvement evaluations, synergy and carve-out assessments, divestments, pre-deal full potential assessments and post-deal 100-day plans. The team comprises highly experienced practitioners with a background in operations management, transformation implementation and the operational elements of acquisitions and divestments and is a core part of Deloitte's market-leading Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory group.
