You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and deliver reliably.\n You coordinate and verify the administrative recording of training programmes in the Learning Management System (LMS), in collaboration with the Global Learning Administration Services team in India.\nYou manage the logistics of training programmes, including invitations, evaluations, vendor management, content management and related communications.\nYou collaborate on curating engaging learning content for our Learning Experience Platform.\nYou use AI tools and learning analytics to streamline administrative tasks and enhance content curation and learning experiences, while ensuring data is used ethically and securely.\nYou compile, maintain and report key management information and learning metrics.\nYou respond promptly and effectively to enquiries about learning from participants, course owners and facilitators.\nContribute to an internal learning project, for example in Learning Technology, Future Ready Skills, Measurement & Impact, or Branding & Marketing.\nFor the Junior L&D Specialist role, you should have:\nA completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field.\n1-3 years of relevant work experience.\nStrong communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and excellent planning and organisational abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS and LXP platforms is an advantage.\nExperience with, or familiarity with, AI productivity tools and basic learning analytics is desirable.\nThe ability to adapt and prioritise in a rapidly changing environment.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.\nExcellent spoken and written command of both Dutch and English.\nWould you like to work in an environment where Learning & Development is a priority and innovation is encouraged?
