As a Learning & Development AI Specialist at Deloitte, you help colleagues build the skills to use AI effectively and translate developments in AI and business needs into a coherent, up-to-date learning offering. You connect strategy and portfolio decisions with execution: from identifying the skills people need to shape learning experiences and measuring their impact. You work closely with stakeholders in Technology & Transformation (T&T) and Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T), L&D colleagues, and AI experts.\n In this role, you are responsible for five interconnected areas:\nAI Learning Strategy & Portfolio\nTranslate business and AI developments into learning priorities and own the AI learning roadmap.\nReview, refresh and prioritize the AI learning portfolio in line with T&T and SR&T capability needs and the broader Talent, L&D and AI strategies.\nIdentify relevant learning opportunities across Deloitte Global and EMEA and facilitate knowledge-sharing and adoption.\nIdentify solutions that can be adapted and scaled across Deloitte.\nAI Skills & Learning Experience\nMaintain the AI skills matrices and identify evolving skill needs and gaps.\nTranslate these insights into role-based learning journeys and an AI Experience.\nActively seek out new AI applications, ways of working and AI-agent use cases for different segments within T&T and SR&T, and incorporate relevant insights into the learning offering.\nEngagement\nBuild engagement around AI learning by helping colleagues understand its relevance to their roles and encouraging the adoption and effective use of AI in their work.\nPartner with business stakeholders and AI advocates to identify barriers to adoption and develop targeted activities that help colleagues put new AI skills into practice.\nExecution & Ecosystem Coordination\nCoordinate the creation, refreshment and retirement of learning content.\nCollaborate with different stakeholders, across Deloitte Global, EMEA and the Netherlands.\nDrive agreed actions through to implementation and monitor progress across channels and teams.\nGovernance, Insights & Impact\nLead the AI Learnings Steering Group and prepare portfolio choices and decisions.\nGather learners and business feedback and track adoption of learning interventions, content currency, dependencies, and risks.\nReport regularly on progress and outcomes, using these insights to improve the learning offering.\n You combine expertise in learning and development with a strong interest in AI and an understanding of business needs. You can structure complex issues, bring together stakeholders with different perspectives, and turn priorities into tangible outcomes. You are equally comfortable providing strategic advice and driving practical execution.\nFor this role, you ideally bring:\na completed higher professional or university degree (HBO or WO), preferably in Educational Sciences, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Work and Organisational Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field;\nrelevant experience in Learning & Development, preferably including the development of learning strategies, learning portfolios and learning journeys;\ndemonstrated experience analysing learning needs and skill gaps and assessing the effectiveness of learning interventions;\nstrong stakeholder management, advisory and project management skills in a complex environment, with the ability to build engagement and support the adoption of new ways of working;\na demonstrable interest and knowledge in AI developments and the ability to translate their applications into learning and development;\nexcellent spoken and written English; Dutch is an advantage.\n**You must currently be based inthe Netherlands to be considered for this position.**\n**You can apply for this vacancy until 30 October 2026.**\n Deloitte comprises several businesses. In this role, you will support the Audit & Assurance (A&A) business, translating its learning needs into appropriate interventions. You will lead the learning and development process from needs analysis through to measuring impact, designing and implementing the learning curriculum along the way.\nAlongside developing new interventions, you will take ownership of established learning programmes: overseeing their delivery, building an engaged and capable faculty, and using participant and stakeholder feedback and impact measures to improve the programmes. You will also advise stakeholders on broader learning and development topics from an A&A perspective, including the future of work, learning in the flow of work, continuous learning and the impact of AI.
