You will oversee production support, access governance, controls, incident management, and continuous improvement across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM). You will lead delivery teams and collaborate with client and Deloitte stakeholders to meet service-level, risk, quality, and compliance objectives.\n\nWork you'll do\n\nAs a Manager on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:\n\nLead day-to-day Oracle Cloud ERP security operations across FSCM and HCM, including user access administration, custom roles, data roles, data-security contexts, security profiles, Areas of Responsibility (AOR) assignments, HCM Data Loader (HDL) security activities, and Oracle Business Intelligence/Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (BI/OTBI) security.\nOwn service-delivery governance, service-level agreement (SLA) performance, operational metrics, reporting, escalations, and coordination with functional, technical, business, information security, risk, client, and Deloitte stakeholders.\nOversee quarterly update impact assessments, regression testing, release readiness, and security cutovers.\nDirect access reviews, audit support, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, mitigation tracking, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control activities, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud processes.\nGovern incident, problem, and change management; lead root-cause analysis; and strengthen runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), approval workflows, quality controls, knowledge assets, and automation.\nCoach and develop team members, manage performance, support hiring and onboarding, and build Oracle security delivery capabilities.\n\nThe team\n\nDeloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:\n\nManaging Identity Lifecycle\nSecurity Operations\nThreat Intelligence\nApplication Security\nBusiness Transformation\nContinuous Compliance.\n\nCyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients\n\nLocation: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai\n\nShift Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignments.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\n\n10–15 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) security in an operate or production-support model.\nExperience supporting Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) security, including Oracle Cloud Security Console, user provisioning, custom roles, data roles, data-security contexts, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AOR) assignments.\nExperience supporting HCM Data Loader (HDL) security and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) authorization for reports, analyses, subject areas, and data models.\nExperience conducting quarterly update impact assessments, regression testing, release readiness, access reviews, audit support, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, and mitigation-control tracking.\nExperience leading ticket-based operations against defined service-level agreements (SLAs), including incident, problem, and change management and root-cause analysis.\nExperience managing Oracle security delivery teams and coordinating service delivery across functional, technical, business, information security, risk, and client stakeholders, including client escalation management.\nBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.\n\nPreferred:\n\nExperience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), and Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC).\nOracle Cloud implementation experience supporting transitions into managed operate services.\nExperience in a professional-services consulting or Big Four environment.\nExperience using automation or scripting for access reviews, role audits, evidence collection, or regression support.\nExperience using Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) for issue investigation and result validation.\nOne or more Oracle security, cloud, or risk-management certifications.\n\n#FY27CyberCampaign\n\n#CyberOperate\n\n#CA-TD\n\n#CA-TP\n\n#FY27CyberCampaignR\n\nOur purpose\n\nDeloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
