You will thrive in a dynamic environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and leadership development.\nKey skills and prior experience that align well with this position\nProven experience in risk and regulatory compliance within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments/Fintech) or advisory, legal, or consulting roles.\nIn-depth knowledge of European and Irish regulations, including conduct and consumer protection rules, insurance regulation, and payments regulations.\nExperience in delivering complex regulatory advice across a range scenarios, including regulatory transformation, implementation of new regulation, remediation and risk management.\nDemonstrated ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements and deliver innovative, constructive solutions.\nWhat type of work will I be doing?\nProviding technical expertise to assist clients in managing regulatory requirements and adapting to evolving expectations.\nSupporting clients at every stage of their regulatory journey, from license applications through to framework design. regulatory transformation and regulatory inspections.\nAdvising clients on key regulatory change initiatives and supporting with implementation of new requirements.\nSupporting business development and collaborating closely with senior Risk and Regulatory management.\nPlanning and managing projects to meet deadlines efficiently.\nInterpreting and implementing new and existing regulations.\nDelivering tailored regulatory training and mentoring junior team members\nWho is the Hiring Manager?\nThe hiring manager is an experienced leader within Deloitte’s Risk and Regulatory practice, known for a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
