solutions\n✅ Drive software delivery across the entire software development lifecycle, from design through production support\n✅ Build and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve quality and accelerate releases\n✅ Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines that support continuous integration and delivery\n✅ Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system availability, scalability, and performance\n✅ Define and monitor service reliability metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets\n✅ Champion observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance delivery\n✅ Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams\nWymagania\nWhat we're looking for\n ✔ 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles\n\n ✔ Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)\n\n ✔ Hands-on experience building automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices\n\n ✔ Experience with Site Reliability Engineering and operating production systems\n\n ✔ Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release automation\n\n ✔ Experience improving system reliability,
