Combined with our collaborative, innovation-focused culture, this will provide you with both technical challenges and leadership opportunities to advance your career.\nYour Role and Responsibilities\nAs a Senior Technical Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of complex NetSuite-based solutions, serving as the technical strategist who bridges business requirements with technology implementation. Your responsibilities will include:\nSystem Architecture & Design: Designing comprehensive system landscapes and technical architectures for NetSuite implementations, including system integration points, data flows, and technology stack optimization.\n Middleware & Integration Strategy: Advising on and designing middleware solutions (e.g., SnapLogic, MuleSoft, or similar) to integrate NetSuite with existing enterprise applications. Defining integration patterns, data synchronization strategies, and API-based connectivity.\nC-Level Advisory: Engaging directly with C-suite executives and steering committees to present technical strategies, discuss system landscape optimization, and align technical decisions with business outcomes.\nStakeholder Alignment: Effectively managing communication and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups:\nSolution Design & Optimization: Conducting comprehensive assessments of client system landscapes, identifying optimization opportunities, and recommending architectural improvements. Designing solutions that balance business requirements, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.\nTechnical Leadership: Leading technical workstreams, mentoring junior technical resources, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.\nRisk & Compliance Management: Identifying technical risks, security considerations, and compliance requirements. Recommending mitigation strategies and ensuring solutions meet regulatory and governance standards.\nImplementation Support: Providing technical oversight and guidance throughout implementation phases, including design validation, configuration review, testing strategy, and go-live support.\n We believe the following qualifications will prove a strong foundation for your success in this role:\nRequired Experience & Skills\nSeniority Level: Senior/Manager-level professional with proven experience designing and advising on overall system landscapes and enterprise architecture. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and influence C-level decision-making.\nSystem Landscape & Architecture Expertise: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise system design, ERP architecture, or technical consulting. Deep expertise in designing integrated system landscapes, including:ERP system architecture and configuration\nSystem integration patterns and approaches\nData architecture and master data management\nCloud technology\n\n Middleware & Integration Solutions: Strong hands-on or advisory experience with middleware platforms and integration tools. Familiarity with:iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions\nAPI-based integration approaches\nData synchronization and ETL processes\nPreferred: SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar platforms\n\nNetSuite Knowledge: Solid understanding of NetSuite architecture, capabilities, and limitations. Experience with NetSuite implementations is highly valued. Familiarity with:NetSuite modules and customization options\nNetSuite integration capabilities and APIs\n\nStakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to communicate and influence across all organizational levels.\nTechnical Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nConsulting Mindset: Experience working as a consultant or strong desire to develop this skillset. Ability to understand client business models, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions.\nEducation: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
