You may also work directly within a client's organisation as a trusted architectural advisor, supporting their internal ServiceNow team with complex technical and strategic challenges.\nYour work may take you from advising a client's platform owner on architectural decisions to leading solution design workshops, guiding implementation teams or resolving complex challenges in an enterprise ServiceNow environment.\nYour responsibilities may include:\nLeading the architecture and solution design of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security and alignment with platform best practices.\nTranslating complex business and technical requirements into end-to-end ServiceNow solution architectures.\nAdvising clients on ServiceNow platform strategy, Enterprise Service Management, architecture, governance and technology roadmaps.\nDesigning solutions across ServiceNow workflows, applications, service portals and digital experiences.\nMaking architectural decisions on platform configuration, application development, data models, security and integrations.\nProviding technical leadership to implementation and AMS teams, reviewing solution designs and ensuring delivery quality.\nSupporting platform evolution, architectural governance and continuous improvement throughout the ServiceNow lifecycle.\nFacilitating architecture workshops, supporting change management and adoption, and guiding client teams through knowledge transfer and training.\nCollaborating with Deloitte's Nordic and global ServiceNow experts to develop solutions and share best practices.\nSupporting pre-sales activities through solution design, technical discussions, estimates and proposals.\nExploring emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI, intelligent automation and new platform technologies.\nBeyond individual assignments, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our ServiceNow architecture practices, technical capabilities and growing business in Finland.\nWhy Deloitte?\nWork on complex, high-impact challenges. We value face-to-face collaboration and learning at our comfortable office in Ruoholahti, while also providing opportunities for remote work.\nWhat we're looking for\nWe are looking for an architect who combines strong technical judgement with the ability to understand business needs, challenge assumptions and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.\nIdeally, you bring:\nExtensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, typically gained over at least five years, including substantial experience in solution design, architecture or technical leadership.\nStrong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its architecture, capabilities and implementation best practices.\nProven experience designing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.\nDeep expertise in one or more ServiceNow solution areas, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, IRM, SecOps, SPM, App Engine or AI-powered solutions.\nSolid understanding of application architecture, data models, security, integrations and technical design principles.\nAbility to evaluate architectural alternatives, make sound technical decisions and explain trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience guiding developers and consultants and ensuring technical quality throughout implementation projects.\nUnderstanding of Enterprise Service Management and how technology, business processes and organisational change come together.\nStrong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.\nFluency in Finnish and English.\nWe also value:\nServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) credentials, or an ambition to pursue them.\nRelevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD and Certified Implementation Specialist.\nExperience with enterprise architecture, platform governance or complex multi-vendor environments.\nExperience with ServiceNow portals, Employee Center, customer portals and digital experience architecture.\nExperience as a client-side architect, platform architect or trusted technical advisor.\nExperience with Application Management Services, platform lifecycle management or managed services.\nExperience in technical pre-sales, solution estimation or consulting.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, Now Assist and intelligent automation.\nExperience mentoring colleagues and developing technical practices.\nYou do not need expertise across every ServiceNow product area.
