For us, customer strategy covers the full customer lifecycle-from how organisations attract customers through marketing and sales to how they serve and retain them. As a Trainee, you will support colleagues across these areas by researching customer needs, analysing data and helping develop recommendations. You will explore where data, digital and AI can support the strategy and gain exposure to industries including Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Banking and Insurance.\nHow you can make an impact\nAnalyse customer journeys and commercial performance data, with support from the team, to identify opportunities across marketing, sales and service.\nHelp translate customer and growth strategies into digital product opportunities, requirements and prioritised initiatives.\nResearch how digital channels, customer platforms and AI use cases could improve customer experiences and business outcomes.\nCollaborate with product, design and technology teams to help shape solutions that meet customer needs and strategic objectives.\nContribute to business cases, presentations and evidence-based recommendations for client stakeholders.\nWhat you bring to succeed\nA university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Life Sciences or another STEM discipline.\nIdeally, you graduated within the past two years and have at least six months of relevant experience through internships, part-time roles or other work in consulting, strategy, marketing, sales, service, customer experience, digital products or a related area.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in connecting customer insights, commercial objectives and digital opportunities.\nAn interest in technology and a willingness to learn about digital platforms and AI.\nThe ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively and learn from feedback.\nFluency in English and willingness to travel within Switzerland.\nWhat sets you apart\nExposure to growth strategy, customer segmentation, proposition development, or marketing, sales or service strategy.\nExposure to requirements gathering, user stories or digital product development.\nAn interest in how data, digital or AI can support customer and commercial objectives.\nFluency in German or French at C1 level or above, with full working proficiency, is highly preferred.\nExposure to Life Sciences or Consumer Goods.\nYour team\nYou will join a diverse, multinational Customer Strategy & Design team in our Zurich office.
