AI-native engineering is a core capability of this role, with AI integrated across the SDLC while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.\nThe role is technology-agnostic. You should be able to demonstrate how you structure the work of AI coding agents across the SDLC - providing them with the right specifications, context, tools, environments, orchestration, guardrails, and feedback mechanisms - to reliably deliver production-quality software while retaining engineering oversight and accountability.\nApproximately 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably including consulting, client-facing engineering, solution engineering, or similar roles.\nStrong backend or full-stack engineering experience in one or more ecosystems such as Java, C#, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or similar, combined with the ability to work effectively outside a primary technology stack.\nExperience designing and delivering APIs, integrations, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and data-intensive applications.\nStrong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, security, scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.\nHands-on experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, containers, observability, and modern software delivery practices.\nAbility to independently investigate unfamiliar systems, operate effectively with incomplete or evolving requirements, and rapidly become productive in new technical environments.\nStrong problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.\nAdditional experience that will help you succeed:\nFrontend experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks.\nExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architectures, microservices, and infrastructure as code.\nKnowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft platforms, Creatio, or comparable systems.\nExperience delivering AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with API management, enterprise integration platforms, event streaming, and advanced observability practices.\nYour future role\n Own solution delivery end-to-end: work directly with clients to understand business problems, design solutions, and deliver production-grade applications, services, APIs, integrations, and data solutions.\nApply AI-native engineering across the SDLC: use advanced agentic development practices to accelerate discovery, design, implementation, testing, review, debugging, documentation, and production support while maintaining engineering quality and security.\n Selection process\nWhat you only must do is to take the first step - press the apply button and send us your CV, go through all the stages of the recruitment process:\nCV check and then HR screening\nTechnical interview with our Architects\n Meeting with Business (optional, depends on case)\nThen, last thing to do will be to sign a contract with us.
