Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout the engagement.\nOversee and develop project teams by creating work plans, allocating and coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing technical guidance. Support team members’ professional growth and ensure high-quality performance.\nBuild strong client relationships, including aligning on the audit plan, budget, expectations, and progress updates.
