Ability to perform variance analysis and provide insights on deviations from budget/forecast.\nExcellent data analytics skills, ability to work with databases and BI tools.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging with senior management.\nFluency in both English and Hungarian is required.\nBachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n\nIt is an advantage if you have\nDeeper experience and understanding with a specific business area or industry, such as with controlling or FP&A at Financial Institutions or plant controlling roles at manufacturing companies.\nFinancial project management experience, especially in financial institute-related projects.
