You will manage sourcing activities, supplier onboarding, contract administration and stakeholder support, while contributing to procurement transformation initiatives and cost optimization opportunities.\nSupport and progressively manage sourcing and tender activities, including preparing RFQs and RFPs, conducting market research, soliciting supplier quotations and proposals, and evaluating supplier responses to support informed purchasing decisions.\nAnalyze pricing and commercial terms and identify opportunities for cost savings. \nCoordinate contract reviews and approvals with Legal, Risk, IT Security and Finance. \nMaintain contract documentation and monitor contract renewals. \nSupport supplier onboarding and SAP vendor setup. \nGuide internal teams through procurement processes and requirements. \nContribute to reporting, automation and process improvement initiatives.\nYou will succeed in this role if you:\nRecent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, or a candidate with 1-3 years of relevant experience.\nHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nWell-organized, able to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.\nHave the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.\nAre confident using Microsoft Office, particularlyExcel and PowerPoint.\nProfessional proficiency in Czech and English; Slovak is an advantage.\nThis role will offer you:\n 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential extension to a permanent position).\nYou will gain a unique insight into how a large international organization manages suppliers, contracts and purchasing decisions, while building skills that are valuable across procurement, finance and business operations.\nThe opportunity to take ownership of your agenda as your experience grows.\nCollaboration with specialists across Deloitte and insight into the wider business.\nOur well-designed Buddy Program to help every new joiner settle in smoothly and feel at home from day one. \nPersonal and professional development matters to us.
