The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, collaborative, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams, manage competing priorities, identify dependencies and risks, and keep work moving forward.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the planning and execution of a large, multi-year growth and transformation program across multiple workstreams.\nCoordinate activities, priorities, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional teams and workstream leads.\nDevelop and maintain program plans, milestones, deliverables, and key activities across assigned workstreams.\nProactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolution.\nBuild strong working relationships with stakeholders and workstream leads across the organization.\nFacilitate program meetings and working sessions, ensuring clear agendas, follow-up, action items, and accountability.\nTrack program and workstream progress and provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership.\nCoordinate priorities and activities across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment with broader program objectives.\nMaintain organized and accurate program documentation, status reporting, and supporting materials.\nHelp establish and maintain consistent processes, communication, and operating rhythms across the program.\nAnticipate needs, follow up on open items, and proactively drive actions to keep workstreams moving forward.\nEffectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nProven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role supporting complex enterprise initiatives.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional programs or multiple interconnected workstreams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both working teams and leadership.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively drive work forward.\nStrong collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and workstream leads.\nExperience with Asana, Workfront, or similar project/program management platforms.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience working in a complex, matrixed organization.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Channel or Distribution programs.\nExperience working on growth, transformation, or large-scale strategic initiatives.\nExperience supporting programs within a large technology organization.\nExperience coordinating across multiple business functions, teams, or geographic regions.\nDetails of Position\nWork Arrangement: Remote/Working EST or CST Schedule\nHourly Rate: $60-62/hour, W2 Consultant\nOpportunity Type: Ongoing consulting engagement\nBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) with company match\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
