raw data to deliver actionable insights using SQL, SAS, Python, and other technologies.\nDevelop AI/ML models to deliver personalised experiences to customers, improve acquisition and engagement efforts through precise targeting and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.\nImplement customer data models and tools to make data and insights accessible to Loyalty and other divisions at Delta.\nTrack and report key performance metrics across all areas of Customer Engagement and Loyalty.\nCollaborate with business owners to take a data-driven approach in identifying revenue or customer engagement opportunities and recommend actions for further improvement.\nCommunicate engagement trends and opportunity areas to the team, business stakeholders, and leaders in a concise and easily consumable way through both written and verbal communication.\nStay current with the advancements in AI and software engineering tools and identify ways of implementing them to enhance efficiency and deliver business impact.\n\nRequirements: \n2 to 4 years of relevant experience.\nBachelor's or master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or engineering.\nStrong experience in building AI/ML models and delivering data science projects.\nDeep understanding of various machine learning techniques, the ability to formulate an analytical problem and to choose the best technique for the data and the business objective.\nExpert-level proficiency in SQL and Python.\nIntermediate proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.\nAbility to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nProblem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nEmbraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.\nConsistently makes the safety and security of self and others the priority.\n\nBehavioural Competencies: \nAbility to work in collaborative environments and embrace diverse perspectives.\nCommunicate clearly and concisely, express thoughts and ideas effectively, and embrace cultural differences with respect when engaging with others.\nAbility to engage effectively with customer-based solutions.\n\nGood to Have: \nWorking knowledge of Analytics applications across the Customer lifecycle in any industry.\nWorking knowledge of statistical/machine learning tools (e. g., R, TensorFlow) preferred.\nExperience in designing data models for cloud-based solutions from leading cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, etc.\nSelf-motivated and take pride in building great products
