This analysis will help optimise our revenue growth initiatives, identifying and prioritising opportunities that enhance overall value.\n\nResponsibilities: \nRevenue Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of the company's revenue streams, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic pricing, promotion, mix and distribution decisions.\nRevenue Optimisation: Develop models and dashboards to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing revenue growth, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.\nReporting and Visualisation: Create comprehensive reports and data visualisations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Lead the partnership with cross-functional teams, including finance, tech and data, marketing, and sales, to ensure revenue strategies align with the broader regional business strategy.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance revenue management processes and workflows, ensuring accurate data and quality metrics for informed decision-making.\nProject Management Support: Lead strategic revenue projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business requirements.\n\nRequirements: \nEducational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.\nProfessional Experience: 8+ years of work experience out of which at least 3+ years of experience in revenue growth management, strategic business analysis, or a related field, ideally within the FMCG business sector.\nSyndicated Data Ecosystems - Expert-level familiarity with retail measurement providers like NIQ, IRI/Circana, and IQVIA.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
