practices in Power BI development.\nWork closely with stakeholders to understand their data analysis and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet those needs.\nUtilise Microsoft Azure stack technologies to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across various platforms.\nDesign and construct complex data models to improve data analytics and reporting capabilities.\nWrite advanced DAX queries to extract and manipulate data for complex reporting requirements.\nMaintain and support existing Power BI solutions, making strategic improvements as business needs evolve.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI with other digital solutions and drive innovation.\nDemonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, effectively communicating and managing expectations across various levels of the organisation.\nUtilise storytelling skills with data visualisation to translate complex data into compelling business insights that resonate with stakeholders.\nExhibit a learner mindset, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.\nShowcase an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for innovation and improvement.\n\nRequirements: \n6-8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power BI Server, Power Platform, Power Apps, Co-pilot.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience with implementing Co-Pilot on digital products.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Databricks.\nAdvanced proficiency in DAX queries and data modelling.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAdvanced level proficiency in SQL querying and the ability to write and optimise complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Gen AI capabilities, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the ability to leverage these tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.\nExperience leading a high-performing team of Power BI developers.\nExperience with agile methodology.\nMust have experience working in Power Apps, Power Platform Server and Power Automate.\n\nDesired Qualifications: \nA Master's degree is preferred, with a specialisation in Business Intelligence or related areas.\nGood to have Microsoft Certifications in Business Intelligence
