Delta customer experience, improve operational reliability, and drive results.\n\nResponsibilities: \nPartner with Reservations teams to identify and solve for opportunities within the division.\nCreate insightful executive-level and frontline dashboards using data visualisation tools.\nDevelop analytics solutions to divisional challenges and operationalize with a modern tool set.\nForecast future operational metrics and work with business units to include in their planning and execution processes.\nImprove the historic processes within the division by implementing data-driven solutions.\nLocate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models, and project development.\nSupport development of executive-level decks and present findings to business leadership.\nPractice safety-conscious behaviours in all operational processes and procedures.\n\nRequirements: \n4-7 years of experience in analysis, data visualisation, or other relevant quantitative field.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or other relevant quantitative field.\nAbility to query data from databases using SQL - Expert and SAS - Professional and build views for consumption.\nUse of data visualisation tools like Tableau (Preferred) - Intermediate or Power BI to build dashboards and reporting for business users.\nExposure to forecasting methods to predict future performance and identify trends.\nDirect experience communicating with stakeholders, delivering projects end-to-end, and working collaboratively to drive improvement in the overall analytical support of Delta operations worldwide.\nMust be comfortable working in group and individual settings.\nTrack record of seeking leadership roles including student and community organisations.\nConsistently prioritises safety and security of self, others, and personal data.\nEmbraces diverse people, thinking,
