The individual is expected to possess strong interpersonal skills with a drive for innovation.\n\nResponsibilities: \nProvide AWS native solutions to Infrastructure and design automations.\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash, etc. to build, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure.\nBuild and maintain automated CI/CD pipeline (preferably in Jenkins) for applications in compliance with DevOps standards, having in mind security as a best practice.\nMaintain Config admin owned tools such Nexus, Terraform, Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, etc.\nSupport and maintenance - OS patching, defining key and certificate rotation policies and ensuring the application is in zero downtime.\nSupport and deliver exceptional service during change control and system updates.\nLead initiatives with high accountability, create a collaborative environment and provide recommendations through research and review of recent industry solutions in various configuration-related tools/technologies.\nParticipate in a company-wide working group contributing to strategy for Enterprise needs.\nCreate artifacts including the training materials and groom the team members. Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for the team offering technical advice.\nSet priorities with the team by understanding interdependence, inspiring team members with consistent focus, quality output, and timelines.\nCommunicate with precision, engaging the team and stakeholders to build trust and reliable working relationships across cross-functional teams and geographies, enabling organizational alignment.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related technical field.\n4-6 years of DevOps experience with at least 3 years of experience in the AWS cloud.\nProficient in scripting knowledge (Python, Groovy, Bash, etc. ).\nExperience in developing and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform or other IaC tools to ensure scalability, security, and repeatability across environments.\nExperience in automating and managing system configurations and application deployments using Native AWS solutions.\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.\nExperience in various monitoring tools (Elastic-Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc. ).\nAbility to formulate a design and implementation strategy from a mix of business requirements, concept documents, and verbal descriptions.\nUnderstanding of advanced continuous delivery methods.\nSolid foundation in internet and networking concepts, including VPN.\nExperience mentoring junior team members from a technical perspective.\nOutstanding interpersonal skills with excellent troubleshooting connectivity from outside the Chinese region to the Chinese region and vice versa.\nHands-on experience in implementation with Dev(Sec)Ops Tools: Nexus, GitLab / Bitbucket, Ansible, chef, OWASP, Veracode, Sonar, ReadyAPI, etc.\nExperience with working with cloud-native applications and container orchestration platforms such as Docker / Kubernetes.\nHeld the role of a critical contributor for leading major systems rollouts and deployments.\nGood to have knowledge in Airline domain (Passenger and Cargo).\nSkills\nAWS, Amazon Web Services, DevOps,
