Influence and educate executives.\nConsistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.\nAnalyze cost and forecast, incorporating them into business plans.\nDetermine and support resource requirements, evaluate operational processes, measure outcomes to ensure desired results, and demonstrate adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.\n\nRequirements: \nSkills Required: Mobile Development, Android, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Test Automation, JUnit, Mockito, Java, Spring Boot, Core Java, Android Jetpack, Compose, Compose Multiplatform, Kotlin, MongoDB, NoSQL, Cassandra, RoomDB, REST API, ADA skills, 6 months to 1 year of experience in AI, copilot, codex, Gemini AI, LLM, OpenAI, and Agentic AI.\n6+ years of Software development experience within Mobile and Web frameworks/SDKs/languages such as Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, React, TypeScript/JavaScript and Compose/\n6+ years of experience with Architecture and Design of Android Mobile Applications.\nMinimum 4+ years of experience with cloud platform services and application development using Microsoft Azure or GCP.\nExperience in building products using a microservices architecture and extensible REST APIs.\nExperience building the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems.\nBroad expertise and knowledge with application servers (such as Tomcat, Apache Jetty, and Reactor Netty) and database technologies - Relational databases (such as Oracle, Azure SQL Server, and PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (such as MongoDB or Cassandra) databases.\nExperience using GitHub Co-Pilot or similar tools.\nExperience with Compose and Compose Multiplatform.\nIn-depth experience with automated unit testing with tools like JUnit/TestNG and test automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium/Playwright/Cucumber/Rest-Assured/Karate.\nBroad expertise and knowledge with the full software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Agile).\nExperience in security protocols and products: Understanding of Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.\nBroad expertise and knowledge with analyzing and tuning code/application performance under High volume/High availability environments.\nBroad expertise and knowledge in capacity planning, systems performance analysis, and optimization in a distributed client/server environment.\nFluency in DevOps Concepts, Cloud Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational Framework.\nExperience with Gradle.\nExperience with XCode, Android Studio, VS Code, or a similar IDE.\nExperience with the setup of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.\nExperience with APM tools such as Dynatrace / AppDynamics (User Experience Monitoring) is a big plus.\n\nCompetencies: \nCompassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
