This role will focus on the negotiation and execution of trading documentation supporting Prime Brokerage, Clearing, Securities Lending, Equity Finance and OTC Derivatives businesses.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Legal, Risk, Credit, Operations, Onboarding and Front Office stakeholders, ensuring trading agreements are negotiated efficiently while managing legal, operational and credit risk.\nKey Responsibilities:\nNegotiate and manage ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes (CSAs).\n\nReview and negotiate documentation relating to Prime Brokerage, Clearing, Securities Lending and Equity Finance activities.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, counterparties and external legal counsel throughout negotiations.\n\nPartner with Legal, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations and Front Office teams to facilitate onboarding and trading readiness.\n\nAssess contractual, legal and credit risks and escalate issues where appropriate.\n\nEnsure documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.\n\nSupport new counterparty onboarding and trading relationship set-up.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation records and provide regular stakeholder updates.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Experience:\nProven experience negotiating ISDA documentationwithin an investment bank, broker-dealer, financial institution or consultancy environment.\n\nStrong understanding of:\nISDA Master Agreements\n\nCredit Support Annexes (CSA)\n\nOTC Derivatives Documentation\n\nPrime Brokerage Documentation\n\nClearing Documentation\n\nSecurities Lending Agreements\n\nExperience working with hedge funds, asset managers, banks and other institutional clients.\n\nStrong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to identify and manage legal, operational and credit risks associated with trading documentation.\n\nHow We Work:\nDelta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
