This role sits at the intersection of front-to-back operations, working closely with investment professionals, finance, legal, technology, risk, and external counterparties to facilitate transaction execution, lifecycle management, and operational risk mitigation.\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting complex transactions, driving process efficiency, managing exceptions, and contributing to strategic initiatives, including new product implementation and operating model enhancements.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the end-to-end trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and position management.\nCoordinate transaction execution and closing activities with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.\nEnsure trade economics, cash flows, and lifecycle events are accurately captured within relevant systems and platforms.\nInvestigate and resolve trade exceptions, breaks, and operational issues in a timely manner.\nPartner with investment, finance, legal, risk, and technology teams to support new products, business initiatives, and process improvements.\nAnalyze complex transaction structures and develop scalable operational solutions to support booking, lifecycle processing, and reporting requirements.\nContribute to operational risk management through effective controls, documentation, and governance practices.\nParticipate in testing, implementation, and change management activities related to systems, processes, and new business initiatives.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing risk, and improving service delivery.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nEssential Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nStrong understanding of operational processes within financial markets.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.\nProactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement orientation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting alternative investments, private markets, or complex financial products.\nKnowledge of one or more asset classes, including:\nDerivatives (FX, Interest Rate, Credit)\nLoans and Private Credit\nEquities\nFixed Income Securities\nReal Assets and Alternative Investments\nUnderstanding of trade lifecycle management, settlement, confirmations, and position management processes.\nExperience with risk management, trade capture, booking, or portfolio management platforms.\nExposure to operational change initiatives, process transformation programs, or strategic project delivery within financial services.\nHow We Work:\nDelta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
