This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in international and diverse working environment.\nRecruitment Support: Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a seamless candidate experience.\nLearning & Development: Support the logistics and delivery of employee training sessions, including material preparation and tracking participant feedback.\nProcess Optimization: Actively participate in HR process improvement projects by identifying manual tasks that can be streamlined through MS Office 365 tools.\nEmployee Engagement: Assist in organizing and facilitating internal events and initiatives to boost team morale and foster a positive workplace culture.\n Bachelor or Master Degree in HR or any relevant field. \nEnrolled in a university for the whole duration of the internship.\nGood problem solving and communication skills.\nAble to learn and master new knowledge and skills effectively.\nAre able to work full-time on site for a period of 6 months starting Jan/Feb 2027.\nFamiliar with MS Excel, Power Query, PowerBI, Power Automate, and AI tools.\nFluent in English.
