Delta has also won CDP with double A List for 4 times for its substantial contribution to climate change and water security issues and has been named Supplier Engagement Leader for its continuous development of a sustainable value chain for 7 consecutive years.\nFor detailed information about Delta, please visit: www.delta-emea.com\n We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our Project Management Department in coordinating, monitoring, and executing various projects across the Data Center Segment business.\nThe intern will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are well-organized, progress is properly monitored, deadlines are tracked, and project documentation is maintained.\nThis internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, planning, and business operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Support\n- Assist Project Managers with daily project activities and administrative tasks.\n- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing projects.\n- Follow up with relevant departments and stakeholders on project deliverables and deadlines.\n- Organize and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and discussions.\n- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.\nProject Monitoring & Reporting\n- Monitor project progress and update project plans, schedules, and trackers.\n- Assist in tracking milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\n- Prepare regular project status reports and progress updates.\n- Support the preparation of management presentations and project updates.\nDocumentation & Process Improvement\n- Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and databases.\n- Ensure project information is accurate, updated, and easily accessible.\n- Assist in developing project templates, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.\nDuring the internship, you will have the opportunity to:\n- Gain hands-on experience in managing and coordinating real business projects.\n- Understand the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.\n- Develop stakeholder management and communication skills.\n- Learn how to monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\n- Gain exposure to project management methodologies and tools.\n- Participate in cross-functional projects and management meetings.\n- Develop practical problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.\n -
