As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and deployment of cutting-edge energy storage solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings, optimize system performance, and support business growth in the renewable energy sector.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute a strategic roadmap for energy infrastructure systems solutions aligned with company objectives.\nLead the design, development, and deployment of energy infrastructure technologies, including converter/ inverter, battery storage, hybrid solutions, or grid integration.\nOversee technical and commercial feasibility studies for new projects and ensure successful implementation.\nCollaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to enhance system efficiency and reliability.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including utilities, developers, regulatory bodies, and technology providers.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.\nDrive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes.\nLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.\nSupport business development efforts by providing technical expertise and identifying market opportunities.\nManage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the energy infrastructure division.\n Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, or a related field.\nAt least 10 years of experience in the Power Conditioning System, battery energy storage system, or energy industry, with a proven record in leadership roles.\nA solid track record of successful business development, and sales, preferably in the converter/ inverter, BESS industry or renewable energy sector. \nStrong knowledge of BESS converter/ inverter functionality and power system with also strong commercial sales knowledge, preferable in the renewable energy/ BESS industry\nStrong technical expertise in power electronics, system modeling, and performance optimization.\nKnowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and market dynamics in energy storage.\nExcellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nFluent in English, other European languages are a plus.\nExperience with financial modeling and business case development for energy infrastructure projects is a plus.\nHaving previously worked for a converter/ inverter manufacturer will be an
