As a key individual contributor, you will provide comprehensive visibility into both solution and branded product businesses by consolidating data, tracking performance, and facilitating cross-departmental alignment. You will play a crucial role in drafting business plans and coordinating with regional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively executed from the ground up.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Planning & Execution Tracking\nAssist the Platform Leader in drafting and consolidating regional strategy and business plans.\nAct as a central communication bridge across various departments to track the progress of strategic initiatives and ensure a high degree of execution.\nConsolidate cross-functional data and business intelligence to provide management with a holistic, end-to-end view of the regional business portfolio.\nBusiness Operations & Performance Analysis\nCoordinate end-to-end daily business operations across the EMEA region for both solution and branded product lines.\nTrack KPI achievements, conduct detailed revenue gap analyses, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to formulate practical recovery plans.\nCollaborate with cross-country teams to identify operational bottlenecks and support initiatives that improve overall business performance.\nProcess Optimization & Transformation\nFacilitate the rollout and execution of end-to-end process implementations and digital transformation initiatives.\nMonitor daily operations to ensure compliance with regional and global operational, commercial, and financial standards\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline.\n10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or Customer Operations within international business environments.\nProven experience supporting regional and global business operations across cross-functional teams.\nExtensive experience leading and optimizing end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Operations.\nDemonstrated success in driving business process standardization, operational governance and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience leading ERP implementation, business system optimization and digital transformation projects.\nStrong understanding of commercial operations, customer operations, supply chain and logistics processes.\nProven ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service and Project Management teams to improve operational performance and business efficiency.\nTechnical Skills\nERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent).\nCRM systems and sales pipeline management.\nBusiness process mapping and process governance.\nPerformance reporting.\nBusiness data analysis.\nMicrosoft Excel (Advanced).\nLanguage Skills\nFluency in English and Chinese is required.\nProficiency in another European language is an advantage.\n As an innovative and global company, you are offered a friendly working atmosphere and a constructive working environment leaving much room for new possibilities and ideas.
