Description\n\n Objective:\nThis position is responsible for building strong relationships with business stakeholders, collecting business requirements, formulating functional designs, prototyping solutions, conducting data analysis, testing, and training the business on features developed\n\nYour main role is to:\n\nDevelop and provide analytical support for BI solutions released to the business.\n\nProactively collaborate with stakeholders in all levels of the company.\n\nGather requirements from business stakeholders.\n\nExecute testing needed to assure the desired functionality and data integrity of solutions meet the business requirements and deadlines.\n\nProactively identify data quality issues and recommend data integrity checks to alert users when such issues occur.\n\nProactively assist in communicating to users with respect to software upgrades and new features released.\n\nResponsible for test new technologies, software upgrades and new features released, consults with IT relative partners and/or users on appropriate of new technologies.\n\nHot line and user help desks, and provide the appropriate training on user.\n\nCoordinates all systems maintenance projects.\n\nResponsible for all functions that is assigned by supervisor and CIO.\n\nWho are we looking for?\n\nBachelor degree in Computer, Electronics, or IT related field.\n\nMinimum 1 years of experience in an IT Business Analysis role or any programming.\n\nAbility to understand complex business system processes and clearly articulate business requirements.\n\nAbility to perform detailed data analysis (i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source system data and data samples).\n\nProficient in one of BI tool such as SAPBI, Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.\n\nProficient in database, data structure knowledge.\n\nProfessional experience in successfully supporting users reporting and data needs.\n\nSome experience with SAP-ERP/HANA/BW/MSSQL is a plus.\n\nGood interpersonal skill with high innovative and creative idea, self management, strong time management and problem solving skills\n\nEnthusiastic and active person with ability to work under pressure\n\nFair-to-Good English communication skills\n\nThe desire to be a strong team
