Description\n\n Your main role is to:\n\nWorks independently as the executive secretary to handle the operations of either Manufacturing, Leadership Development or Sales Committee depending on your qualification and experiences\n\nAssists to implement the methodologies to ensure that training activities are designed and tailored to learners’ needs and focuses on building skills and expectations for collaborative development\n\nCreates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials to align with the business direction of the company \n\nSupport in quality assurance of new and existing training courses and activities \n\nCreates, organizes, plans and presents various forms of training activity\n\nBe proactive and curious of new things, maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.\n\nAssesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers and instructors in multiple languages. \n\nPresents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations and videos.\n\nMaintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.\n\nWho are we looking for?\n\nBachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.\n\nAt least 3 to 5 years of training experience required.\n\nEnglish conversational skills\n\nBeing agile and resilient with the mindset to work in an environment which is full of challenges\n\nAdept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.\n\nHave used LMS or familiar with the system\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.\n\nCollaborative working style.\n\nCritical Thinking and Problem-solving \n\nExtremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.\n\nManufacturing experience will be an
