Job Description Associate Electrical Engineering Manager 11/06/2026 Reports to: Senior Electrical Engineering Manager Direct Reports: Electrical Engineer I and Electrical Engineer II positions (headcount as assigned, 8-12 team members) Position Type/Hours: Full-time, on-site position. Core office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Position Purpose: The Associate Electrical Engineering Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing early-career electrical engineering team members while supporting the successful execution of electrical engineering deliverables across custom automation and capital equipment projects. This role serves as a working manager who balances people leadership, technical guidance, project execution, and resource coordination.
