You'll ensure that service operations are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your focus will be on resource planning, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and alignment with company goals.\nA Day in the Life\nLead and manage a field team including technicians, coordinators, and project managers to execute service assignments.\nDevelop and maintain service schedules, prioritize projects, and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.\nMonitor field performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.\nEnsure strict adherence to safety standards and service protocols, including OSHA requirements.\nFoster strong customer relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive service experience.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless project delivery.\nManage administrative responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, invoicing, and change orders.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a technical understanding of substation equipment, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, customer-focused service environment.
